  1. lol thats funny panic attacks can last hours even pop up for several days everybody is different don't think for one second that everybody is a medical expert. If you're lucky at the very least you'll be stuck in panic mode for maybe three or four hours and then maybe everything will be normal again . But everyone's body is different God forbid you have to deal with it for several hours and wake up and still deal with it for several days. some people will say oh you'll be fine you just had a greenhouse The high will wear off in a couple hours and you will be okay. whoever is telling you that doesn't know for sure but I suppose someone reassuring you could possibly help you feel better and maybe snap you out of it. but for me I was doing things that people were saying and nothing happened try different things and I was still in panic mode so take that for what it's worth

  2. I buy carts from dispensary out here in California and I get chest pain from smoking authentic weed products and I take like 2-10 hits because the high takes to long to come on

And my chest just starts hurting and I start sweating. So idk if weed is just not for me or the dispensary is lacing me because I like how it makes me less stressed but if it’s gonna get me killed I rather be sober for the rest of my life

  5. Don't listen to this shit unless your like 60+ years old. The most common and obvious reason for chest pain is either anxiety or heartburn/acid reflux. And I hate when people say a panic attack only lasts at most 10 minutes, that's a bunch of shit. My panic attacks last 1-2 hours on average if it's cannabis induced. Without cannabis a panic attack will usually last 30 minutes to an hour. One way to know for for sure you've experienced a panic attack is when it's over and you starting to feel normal again you will be exhausted and falling asleep because it takes a lot out of you. I've searched and searched for years to find a fix to my anxiety and there are only 2 ways that actually work. 1. Take a benzodiazepine (I don't recommend because they are very addictive) 2. You must face your fears. When your panicking, think about what's causing it, when you know why your scared you need to confront that fear and the panic will subside very quickly. I hope this helps someone.
