I'm about to start my first grow and am very confused, is it possible if I can put my photoperiods outdoors after 3 weeks of vegetation and still have them in vegetation somehow?

So im under 18/6 right now indoor and where im at im geting 14:05 hours of light you think its safe to put them outside now?
