why do people constantly list anxiety symptoms like anxiety attacks and then attribute them to "anxiety and depression"? anxiety attacks are not a depressive disorder symptom… obviously.
good information suffered from insomnia 6 months back. Over searching on youtube came to know about planet Ayurveda. took treatment for 2 months now I am fine. Planet Ayurveda sleep natural capsules are amazing.
Ok but I have been not able to sleep since I was like 4 years old like I would sleep between 4-6 am then be up for the rest of the day I am 12 but I don't think its fully based on stress since I don't see what would stress me out at 4 so its probably the genetic thing since I am adopted and dont know anything about my family so my genetics are basically random for all I know

Very informative video. I recently found a small creator here on YouTube that makes high-quality sleep sounds complete with the video. None of those looped stock sounds for me! They haven't got nearly the amount of subscribers that they deserve but if you're struggling with your sleep, give them a go: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC7L0lipd7tNK8wOK85xeH-A
I’ve been asked before “do you even feel tired or are you like a robot? And never feel tired” I mean I have one friend with insomnia and I have insomnia for us it depends tbh
