The main purpose of this documentary is to bring awareness for the battle to obtain access to medical marijuana, especially for children (as well as adults). These people that are using medical cannabis such as CBD are battling cancer, terminal diseases, digestive problems, mental illnesses such as anxiety, attention disorders, and so many others. The author covered this topic fairly well, but I would’ve appreciated more stone cold evidence/science to back up the point they were trying to achieve in this video. It is hard to believe the results are actually there when there isn’t any information that supports the main claim, “It works”. There is also no coverage of other methods of medicine that have been proven by doctors to have substantial benefits to these children and adults. Though it is brought to light that there are addictive properties to some of the drugs that most cancer patients are prescribed, there is no confirmation that the marijuana being used also isn’t addictive. There was also no mention of the negative side effects that CBD oil has on users; anxiety, change of appetite, change in mood, diarrhea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, and nausea. The evidence used was appropriate but not sufficient enough for those who need to see to believe. There were mentions of several cases that proved to be successful, but only some were spoken of. That could just be because those cases were so similar to the ones spoken of already, but it kind of was off setting how vague the success of those stories were. I do enjoy the fact that the opium crisis was mentioned and that this could be a potential solution to dwindling down the numbers of those addicted to opium. This documentary hasn’t altered my opinion on medical marijuana in any way. I was already fairly educated on the topic, but I was hoping to be persuaded more to the point where I would recommend it to those with small pains or anxiety. I do believe that cannabis should be legalized federally, not just by states. This is so those who want to participate in using medical marijuana have the opportunity to try some form of medication that is natural and can reap the benefits of being an active user.

I live in Romania and here the treatment with cannabis is unthinkable. The punishment for, growing, selling or the property consume of cannabis, is between 2 and 12 years jail. I suffer from anxiety and chronic pain and until today I'm rely on antidepressants benzodiazepines and strong pain relievers. I started taking CBD Capsules with 30mg a piece about three years ago everyday. It drastically improved my life. When I started taking it, I had started to get very fatigued and had some sharp pains in my abdomen. All of this went away after taking CBD for about 6 months. I had a stomach ulcer about a year and a half ago and they did an MRI first before they diagnosed it and they saw some other spots on the MRI that were abnormal. After testing and a minimal invasive surgery they found out that it was scar tissue left behind by what they believed to have been cancer at one point. The only thing I had taken in the year and a half prior to that was pure CBD oil from hemp everyday. We will never know how, but if those scars are left behind from Cancer, I attribute the healing to CBD Oil.
