More so than any drug, knowledge is the best way to treat PTSD, knowing present and past and one's place in all that occurred and is occurring, and on down the rabbit hole, OR you can go to bed and wake up believing whatever you want. I have been told by a few people that work for the VA that I would be surprised how many people including doctors that work there smoke marijuana. There is a also a lot of people in the postal service also I am told that use marijuana. I know someone who used Effexor, and it caused her to be incontinent of her urine. When the medication was ceased, the issue went away. I know that cannabis helps hypertension, atrial fibrillation, chronic pain, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, severe IBS, systematic muscle spasms, severe abdominal cramps that can cause spontaneous vomiting, residuals of drug anaphylaxis, lymphedema, insomnia, neuropathy, etc.. The VA poorly treats the disorders causing the aforementioned symptoms and other disorders.

Actually it's been proven that we can promote concepts that will help Veterans (anyone w PTSD) By teaching them how to rewrite their mind programming So if I can get this proven
Went to va mental health. Said I couldn’t sleep. Constantly stressed. Doc said “I’m sorry I can’t help you.”. Direct quote of the doc. Docs are constantly cycled out so every few months is a new doc. Most of them are useless so they just send you scripts for a couple different anti depressants mixed with a couple different anti psychotics and a couple different other pills to treat the side effects of those drugs and when some side effects are bad so they prescribe more for those side effects and the side effects of those prescribe something else to deal with those side effects and before you know it, you can’t sleep but you’re always asleep the pain is numb but always right there. Your head is so foggy you can’t hold a conversation. You can’t focus at work. You can’t keep a job, a relationship, you can’t live your life. Might as well die
