  1. I spent 3 years addicted mind, body, and soul to methamphetamine. It smoked it, snorted it, and always shot it. I had abused nearly everything other than heroin. And I am now 100% clean and sober. One thing remains – my pack a day smoking habit. For those who liked weed (I personally did not) it's all they still crave. I know many who no longer think about heroin but thoughts of marijuana are pervasive in their minds. I speak from first hand experience and wisdom, yet only being 21 years old. It's all bad – some is just worse. Yes the meth was worse than the cigarettes are and that's why I still smoke and don't feel too bad. But it's still killing me with hundreds of known carcinogens.
