Its funny though because unless youre serving right off the stove, you still have to remove the filled pot off the stove…but i never say no whem someone wants one.
I am definitely planning to have a pot filler for my gas cook-top in my dream beach house! Will come in very handy for making spaghetti, lasagna, and boiling seafood!
Great tip on removing the aerator prior to the first pour. Installing one of these as a positionable shower arm, to be able to flexibly reposition the rain shower head in my master bath renovation. Video will be forthcoming… If she works 🙂
Great video. 👏🏽 Help! I’m doing a kitchen remodel and moving my refrigerator to a new area in the kitchen. I’d like to use an old refrigerator water line for pot filler. Will this work? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
I have been searching for a demonstration on how to attach a wall mount sink faucet. The rough-in valve photos show a threaded female part. Since my plumbing is PEX, i wanted to understand how I would make the connection before ordering the valve. Totally different set-up here, and yet you showed me in the first 30 seconds how it could be done in my set up. Thanks!
Our backsplash has a small issue, the tile around the pipe is very brittle. We cant screw in the first round plate. Can we only use the small alan screw to secure the faucet to the pipe and then add the decorative round piece?
If my house is on a slab, and therefore cannot run my waterline below the kitchen and up from the floor, will a pot filler be as efficient if the line is run down from the attic? Any concerns I should be aware of?
Tim I think your video is really good im an apprentice plumber and was asked to install a pot filler and because I saw your video I did it with out a problem thanks oh and I also found you to be funny in a way that kept my attention so thanks again
@xJesseriotx Saves half the work…… Fifty percent LESS chance of dropping a pot full of water between the sink and cooktop. I didn't invent this faucet. I'm just showing it as a possibility.
My guess is for drip safety. Remember, a drip at this location is death on a stick. No sink or drain below it. But the real answer lies with the engineers at Moen.
Do you have a link for the fitting?

One extra fixture
51 people love lugging heavy pot of water
If I have some water leaking where the pot filler base is mounted to the wall, what could be the potential issue? New O-ring?
how tight should the faucet be when you tighten it down?
Tim, I have a curious question. How come pot fillers have two control valves? Sometimes that doesn't make much sense to me.

I’m not sure how I got here in my escapade of videos but this is a wonderful tutorial
Water in a pot is not that heavy.
You make the pot look so heavy lol
all this time i thought it was a pasta arm for pulling pasta dough
I am renovating my kitchen(more like moving it entirely) and was wondering how to connect my new plumbing pex to the pot filler. Thanks!
He seems so happy!

Thank you
Margo
