  1. so just doing that. it went all the way to my brain sinus and my cheeks too? really. is it i rinse it flush it out then i dry and blow up what is left over like that ? are we supposed to rinse our nasal passages just once a day in the morning? do we do it when we feel we need it? or is it excessive?im thinking 2x a day 1 in the morning then 1x at night. i want to do it when i come back from my day in evening so 3x a day? i have crazy sinus problems.

  2. I just used my drinking bottles water🤦‍♀️then I find your vid. Nothing came from my other nostril just through my throat. TMI, sorry. Going to get some distilled tomorrow. Thanks for info

  3. I do this when returning home after being in an environment in which I could have been exposed to any airborne germs especially Covid (grocery store or other gatherings). Adding a little baby shampoo to this rinse (1/4 teaspoon) is an added benefit during covid and winter flu season.

  4. I guess if you want to be really sure you could sterilize your Neti pot each time with a solution or microwave sterilizer, just like you would for a babies bottle.

  5. Hi James!! Your video is so informative! I didn't know you can get an infection from misusing salt water rinses 😟I've been using NeilMed Sinus Rinse for 3 years now because I deal with chronic sinusitis and it does wonders for my sinus! 😌
