so just doing that. it went all the way to my brain sinus and my cheeks too? really. is it i rinse it flush it out then i dry and blow up what is left over like that ? are we supposed to rinse our nasal passages just once a day in the morning? do we do it when we feel we need it? or is it excessive?im thinking 2x a day 1 in the morning then 1x at night. i want to do it when i come back from my day in evening so 3x a day? i have crazy sinus problems.
I just used my drinking bottles water🤦♀️then I find your vid. Nothing came from my other nostril just through my throat. TMI, sorry. Going to get some distilled tomorrow. Thanks for info
I do this when returning home after being in an environment in which I could have been exposed to any airborne germs especially Covid (grocery store or other gatherings). Adding a little baby shampoo to this rinse (1/4 teaspoon) is an added benefit during covid and winter flu season.
I guess if you want to be really sure you could sterilize your Neti pot each time with a solution or microwave sterilizer, just like you would for a babies bottle.
Hi James!! Your video is so informative! I didn't know you can get an infection from misusing salt water rinses 😟I've been using NeilMed Sinus Rinse for 3 years now because I deal with chronic sinusitis and it does wonders for my sinus! 😌
You’re gonna blow up
You just saved me from sleepless nights. Thank you
This always makes me sick. Like a cold. The next day I start to "sound sick" when I talk an a few days later I am sick with a sinus infection.
I had ear surgery few years back.is it safe to use netipod?

While rinsing, breathe through the mouth? Or close off the throat??

How do you keep the water from getting in your ears or out your mouth,
Can sinus problems cause dizziness and balance issues ?
Hello there! Quick question! Is Purified Water bottles good too? It states that Reverse Osmosis has been used to purify it.
I use distilled water for use but clean with tap water and soap. Is this okay?
Thank u this was so helpful. God bless ! 🙏
Why do you need to replace it every 3 months? It can always be sterilized and cleaned with a brush right?
why do you have to throw the nettipot away after three months?
Bro, you need to normalize the volume on your background music.
I got a horrible infection from using the neti pot
why throw out the neti pot?
Getting rid of plastic as much as I can, it’s bad for you and the planet. You can buy ceramic Neti pots and I would guess keep them forever
Used it for first time with room temp Distilled Water and I feel great
Once I boil the water how long is it good for? I mean can I boil water for 2 days, 3 days, 4 days, one day, one use?
I guess if you want to be really sure you could sterilize your Neti pot each time with a solution or microwave sterilizer, just like you would for a babies bottle.
Cool thanks : D I got a sinus infection and I want to use one of these
