  1. And just like that the federal government owns 5% of your business, now how much will state and county take? At least no more raids and crooked cops destroying everything they can't confiscate.

  2. How is this fair to Americans? Most of Us cannot afford $1,000,000.00 for a License to manufacture and sales of Cannabis. Small Business Loans going to help Me start a Dispensary?! Nope. Is anyone from the middle class that has been affected by Prohibition being Licensed?! Nope. Are Citizens going to be allowed to grow for personal use and develope decent strains they like?! No.
It's a raw deal and States Who are saying They are legalizing and all the sudden pass it off year after year is only waiting for Corporations to line the Pockets of the States leaders!!! If They aren't approached with a huge payoff They won't change anticannabis laws!!!

  3. What kills the everything is "establishes a trust fund to support various programs and services for individuals and businesses in communities impacted by the war on drugs," . Sounds like a way to get a slice of the revenue. If it wasn't for that I think it would pass. For real though what's with a trust fund that can easily be abused

  4. right now law enforcement and anyone under law enforcement umbrella can not use HEMP even though its not illegal because you will still fail a urinalysis HEMP is totally legal now you can buy it like cold medicine at stores which is so unfair, and there is no drug test to separate if you used HEMP or marijuana that failed your drug test.

  5. PLEASE PASS THE MORE ACT FOR US PEOPLE THAT SUFFER AILMENTS and make it where the legality a person cant lose their job for use if they are law enforcement

  6. I have my Pa medical marijuana card and can’t advise my employer of my use due to it still being a scheduled 1. If this bill passes, can I openly advise my employer of my condition and use with out repercussions ?

  7. So if this MORE Act passes and marijuana is removed off the controlled substance list. Can let say Texas keep it on there controlled substance act or would they have to comply with federal level laws? Just see some confusion if the STATES are allowed to see it as a controlled substance. Thanks for the great content!!
