Hi, I just discovered this video. My cat was diagnosed with cancer last week and we were told the tumor is too big to be removed through surgery. He is only 3 years old. They gave us steroids (predonin) for medicinal care and said there isn’t much more to do but just wait for his death basically. I have been researching a lot about CBD oil and have bought a cbd oil product but am not sure if it is okay to give it to my cat while he is still on steroids. I have read steroids and CBD might interfere with each other and should not be taken together.

Sweet, beautiful woman and kitty. I'm caring for my cat, Max. We just hang out when I can. He was diagnosed with lymphoma about a month ago. He is so sweet and sure is a lover. He is also as tough as nails. We are using steroids and occasional pain meds. It has come on so quickly and seems to be advancing. My daughter's and I are ready to say goodbye but as long as he is eating, drinking, able to receive love and seek it out, I just can't let him go. I’m in the beginning phase of researching CBD oil for my cat who has been diagnosed with cancer today and I been finding YouTube videos and articles on the Rick Simpson Oil method where they say the THC level should be higher than the CBD level, the levels they recommend are really high, about 80%. They insist this level is very important in curing the cancer. Do you know why they recommend such a high level? I then noticed some other sites saying its the CBD only that will help pets. The Rick Simpson site says CBD is for palliative care and managing pain but that the THC is what helps get rid of the cancer. Some people said their animals were given poor prognosis and once they gave their animal CBD oil with higher level of THC, their pets became better. I don’t feel like this site is trying to mislead anyone because they don’t even sell any products, they encourage people to make their own CBD oil at home. Feeling very lost on what to do with conflicting/opposite information.
I find it strange that they chose to use high CBD, low THC, when the exact opposite is what works on cancer. The fact that she says the cat has been on this forumulation (2:1 CBD:THC ratio) for over a year, and still had some tumour growth, but also that it stopped the cancer. IF she had used 3:1 THC:CBD it would have been cured much, much faster. I cured my 14 yr old cat of Squamous Cell Carcinoma. I gave him half a rice grain sized drop twice daily and the tumour that started out the size of a Toonie ($2 Canadian Coin) in his mouth, but after a week was the size of a DIME!
