  1. quit yesterday after i realised its been exactly one year since i started. i know i started not to long ago but it became such a big part of me. i would smoke right when i woke up and try to maintain the high until i went to sleep. i tried to slow down and use in moderation but i could so i realised its best to quit

  2. Every time I need inspiration, I’ll just look at these comments. I was got to the point that I was taking 5 or so dabs a day. I wanted to slow down slow but for some reason I just “stopped”. I’m 2 days in and I can’t concentrate. I have a consistent headache and stomach ache. hot chills at night in a perfect tempered room. My memory is worse than when I was stoned(I have really good memory in general this is infuriating). The cloud over my consciousness Is 3 times as heavy than when I was taking it(or maybe I just notice it more). I’m not giving in cause these feeling show me I’m not well… although I’m wondering if this is a good idea right now because finals are next week!

  3. Still can't believe people think it isn't addictive lol. It can shut down your endocannabinoid production… which causes physical symptoms like body temp changes, sleep difficulty, ridiculous dreams, sweating, no appetite, and nausea.

  4. Who would quit weed? You in here for weed???? 🤔🤔🤔 Boo this man. Lol jk nah I've quit before but find I do better long term with it

Most of y'all sound like you're detoxing off synthetics and not true organics. I would secure your sources before commenting about addiction potential. Some of y'all are getting questionable weed 100% if y'all only knew what the industry uses…

  5. I'm coming off weed and it's hell. I feel terrible. Drinking matcha green tea calms me down and drinking Valerian, lavender and camomile tea helps me sleep. Also eating regularly helps, but it is Hell. Feel like i've got the flu and i'm not my usual happy self. Really anxious and pissed off.

  6. There is no such shit as cannabis withdrawals lol it’s all just a placebo effect we as people get when we ain’t got anymore weed to smoke lol I myself have never had withdrawals quitting heavy cannabis use nor has anyone I know personally that’s ever quit smoking… so idk how people getting withdrawals from weed ?? Try getting hooked on opioids and than get back to me about withdrawals haha

  8. After 12 years of near constant smoking I’ve had to get off everything for probation , five days sober and looking for a way to get a good nights sleep right now without negative thought spirals taking me into a bad head space and compounding my insomnia . Thanks for the video

  9. Hi everyone, I have method to stop smoking mj. For everyone its going to work differently. I think the best way is to completely delete the friends that smoke aswell untill they stop. Stay away from dealers and delete their numbers. Now thats just something to remember because friends that smoke weed can easily offer you a joint. These stuff i mentioned are involving changing your daily routine that your so used to. Finally, take a 1 month holiday to a country that hasnt got weed and is very illegal there, I advice you to go somewhere really warm so you can go through withdrawals faster. More sweat and more water drinking in hotter countries. Thats my advice, Holiday of 30 days. The middle east would be very ideal. Dubai, Abua Dhabi, Doha, Manama, Riyadh,Kuwait, Amman, Mascat.

  10. I only have trouble quitting if it’s super convenient and I have the $ to get it. I’m taking a break and what’s helping me is actually planting marijuana seeds. Sounds counterproductive but I have to wait out this whole process before smoking again and I get happy about watching them grow.

  11. My problem was i couldn’t sleep and I was getting irritated easy also could barley eat like when I was high I could smash whatever was on the plate. I quit for my kids and also for my wife most importantly I stopped for myself. .So when I was smoking I would always be thinking about the next blaze. Worried about the next smoke obviously something is up. When I finally got passed the withdrawals I was clear minded and more happy to just wake up early and be with my family. Thankful to this day that I quit. Yeah ppl can say it’s not for me because that is absolutely right. If you’re going through all the symptoms just know it’ll be ok and push through that. It’s worth it in the end trust me 🤙🏽.

  12. Thank you for this video. I’m in day 2 of quitting after an episode of CHS. I’m so anxious and feel like I’m going insane, on verge of tears and shakes. This helped a bit.

  13. Dude, I've smoked for 5 years straight. Barely breaks in between. Only when I was on a holiday. I watched a couple of your weed videos and im off it now. It's been 2 weeks. I had yesterday my first night without weird dreams. Thank you, you're a legend! We should smoke a j one day 😂

  14. I smoked and I panicked and thought I was dying and my heart pounded for like 2 hours and I threw up and it’s been like almost 2 months and I’m still feeling weird in my head and chest and neck and sometimes even getting burning sensations in my heart and chest and I don’t know what else to do it just feels like ima be like this forever and it feels like I have brain damage or some I just want this to end and get better
