I actually agree with Phil, how can you not punish underage possession or use? The Senate is clearly pandering to the woke and is afraid that it will lead to more black youth arrests.
Why is our government always looking for a way to punish its people. 2 things need to happen.. 1)we all need to show up to the state house and all smoke a blunt on the steps while they "figure it out" and 2) we need clean out some of these well paid public officials who can't even push through what they promised the American people. Dont forget Murphy stood on the promise he would actually legalize weed in his FIRST 90 DAYS OF OFFICE.
