  1. I'm more than a little late but I might as well ask the question… So, say someone is bipolar and is either in a constant state of depression, anxiety and forced isolation or a state of short-lived happiness while acting based on impulse and making irrational decisions. Now, would use of marijuana over an elongated period of time to help cope with the depression and help with being bipolar be alright?

  2. I've had Crohns for over 16 years and for the first 11 or 12 years, I took no drugs and only went to a gastro once after my initial ER visit. I did smoke Marijuana daily, multiple times a day and for the most part felt good. I was able to exercise, go out, slept pretty well and lived a pretty normal life. Now I have been on Remicade for about 3 years and while I have had no big complications, I feel worse than before. I have fatigue, can't sleep good, anxiety issues and I don't like being on Remicade but I don't know if I should take the chance to get off it and maybe get worse.

I stopped smoking after getting panic attacks and anxiety. It wasn't calming me anymore. I am doing better with my anxiety and what would like to try Marijuana again. What is the best and most effective way to take it for my Crohns? And how can I stop it from making me more anxious and paranoid when on it? Thank you.

  3. Thank you Dr. Patel. I have "reversed" my PCOS and now have normal blood work for the first time in my life. I had abnormal levels since childhood. I also use medical cannabis for 5 different psych diagnoses, GI problems, and nerve damage. Would love to see a video on CBD's affect on blood sugar levels, as I have heard CBD can lower blood sugar. Is this true?
