In Morocco you can legally trade cannabis to Europe. The Netherlands is partly dependent on Morocco for soft drugs. There are dozens of Moroccan coffee shops in Rotterdam and Amsterdam. I'm not in favor of making it legal in Morocco, it will only harm the population.
Ive been an industrial/medicinal/recreational use activist since the 90s. We've made great strides & overcome many hurtles. Now, over half of the U.S. has legal medical/recreational use laws on the books. Cannabis/hemp stocks are good investments now. There's a dispensary 2 blocks from my house across the street from pizza hut lol. Pandemic biz is brisk! Medical use has been legal for so long in this state that most of the millennials here cant even remember a time when it was illegal lol. Legal cannibis businesses contribute billions of tax dollars to various state treasuries annually. Ben Buker's comment might provide insight about why it's taking Maroc so long. Idk. Cmon Maroc, get with the program! You already got the rep……..
I know of people that use it for medicinal reasons and also for recreational use..I believe it is no worse than alcohol.Actully it is said no one has ever died from cannabis use but have because of alcohol and other drug use.Here in Ireland we have been talking about legalisation for years.but hasn't happened yet.
