  1. I legit had this conversation with a coworker…..I just wanted to concentrate on work and they came back at me with a whole another conversation….just to think this actually happens lol

  2. I really don't get the purpose of the sketch bc yeah what Key's character was doing was annoying and wrong but it'd never happen in real life – this is an unrealistic portrayal of the "bad gay" stereotype – a gay man can be flamboyant and feminine and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that – this sketch portrays feminine gays as hypersexual, annoying idiots with a victim mentality and glorifies "normal" (stereotypically straight acting) gays

a lot of people in the comments are saying things like "being gay isn't a personality trait" – you're right; it's not, but if a gay man is stereotypically feminine there's nothing wrong with that – what Key is portraying IS wrong of course, but like I said, it's an unrealistic and rude portrayal of a negative stereotype of gay men

if gay men being feminine bothers you somehow to the point that you see them as the extreme (what Key's character is) and wish that gay people just "acted normal" then that is something that you need to fix within yourself

why push these negative stereotypes about gay people?

I am disappointed that this sketch was made by two minorities.
