It is well worth the consideration to leaglize Cannabis for all purposes. Medicinally, or recreationally. I have to question what cause this gentleman to abruptly consume cannabis oil and cause a temper tantrum. Serious misrepresentation of why cannabis is not taken serious. By the way, Not all cannabis oils are loaded with THC (psychoactive inducer), depends on the strain (type of cannabis) and the percentage of THC that is used. At Best, you cannot over dose. Anyways, ultimately the decision of the goverment comes first.
