No weed should not be legal under any circumstances, it will be so badly abused that it's "medical benefits" will mean nothing and it will just be adding into the problem, for example my freaking school, people are obsessed with drugs (I am not kidding I hate my freaking school) if the Scottish or UK government decide it's a good idea to legalise it then oh my god
