  3. I appreciate all the advice and information shared in this video. Joint pain is very disturbing when you face difficulty in even walking. My mother had joint pain since a long time. She generally ate healthy food. She had immense pain in her knees. She had V-1 Medicine and now she is perfectly fine with their products.

Now she feel very much comfortable and I am glad that she took V-1 for my joint pain problems.

    Thankyou!

  5. I have 4 generations of women in my family with RA. I was recently diagnosed with EOA (Erosive Osteoarthritis), which is the rarest of arthritic diseases. It only presents itself in about 3% of arthritis patients. I have been prescribed Methotrexate, but without a guarantee it will work. EOA is rare enough there hasn't been significant study on successful treatment. I just turned 50.

Eliminating all processed food as well as high fructose corn syrup, sugar, bleached flours, etc. I eat most everything, but only small portions of meat and dairy. With these I use only free range, unpasteurized animal products. Most of my diet is organic vegetables, fruit, and whole grains. Raw nuts are helpful as are cherries.
