  1. I've had muscle spasms in my lower back for years and I've always used marijuana to ease that. now my question is what if my job now is doing random drug test and I have a license which I would like to get can I still get into trouble for popping positive with a script?

  2. Fuck this shit! I'v been getting it off the black market over 25 years, to go through all this BS, HELL NO I'm gonna keep on using the black market and or grow it myself 😉 Fuck those corrupt politician pedos!

  3. Hey, The Rational Rant, I suffer from pretty severe bipolar. I'm not sure whether or not it would be considered debilitating, but it still controls my life. I also have chronic testicular and neck pain. Do you think that I'd have a chance at getting a card? Thanks!

  4. Thank you, Sir. A couple of quick notes. It's not "insurance" it's "issuance," and it's not "servability," it's "severability," and that's just a provision which allows the court to keep most of the law in effect if some portion of it is invalidated. Without "severability" they'd have to throw out the whole law if any portion was ever invalidated. And the cause of action that the legislation gives patients, means any patient can sue the Dept. of Health to force them to promulgate the regulations if they don't do it on time, but it won't protect anyone directly from prosecution.

  5. since I'm 18, If I did have symptoms that qualify me to use medical marijuana and I had parental consent (like a signature or verbal consent) would I legally be able to smoke medical marijuana?? great video

  6. I have ADHD and ADD would I somehow qualify for receiving medical marijuana? If not that then what about concussions too because I've had 5 and sometimes I get major headaches.
