Too bad St. Jude's ran him out of the country when he went to their Los Angeles location and proposed to the doctors working there to use cannabis instead of chemo therapy on children. St. Jude's makes billions of dollars off the American people, do you think they really want to cure children of cancer? The lust of money is at play here…..these people have no heart to love.
From the video description. "You did nothing wrong or immoral by possessing or selling a substance." What about the heroin dealing pedophile that knocks out a 13 year old and rapes her? What about the meth dealer that served nearly 8 years in fed prison when a 15 year old died from the meth he sold her? Are you a complete scumbag that is condoning and defending these criminals? Or should I give you the benefit of the doubt being that you are simply too fucking dumb to understand that the word "substance" means not only medicinal cannibus oil that cures brain tumors but actually means a whole bunch of other things that are used by rapists and child killers?
I think if the federal govt doesn't want to make it legal across the board, they should at least make it legal across the board without the requirement of a medical marijuana card, to make it legal for anyone diagnosed with cancer of any kind to take Marijuana directly or derivative products, medicinally – hell the American Cancer Association has been saying for years; that they seems to be an undeniable link between the use of marijuana of some kind and the survivability rate of patients and the increase of quality of life and strength to fight cancer even while on radiation treatments. If the ACA is basically saying, don't care how you get it – legal or not, it's has some real medicinal benefits because eliminating cancer is more important than the legal status of a substance, you can't ignore things like that.
I'm a big supporter of decriminalization – I don't support full legalization in my country, but the states should fully legalize it after a period of decriminalization in order to promote a market and commercial production of it and sell it beside the cancer causing smokes.
I was told in school that marijuana smokers are uneducated – im 30 now, they're some of the most creative people I know of. I was told in school that marijuana is a gateway drug to P and so on… usual story – tried it – not my buzz personally, but I can understand why people like it – but I don't see the people I know who smoke it start cooking up meth.
There is soooooooo much real world evidence who take marijuana (in some form) and it makes their life functional, that it's can't be ignored and continued to be considered a drug that stoners smoke to get high.
In New Zealand, we'e had a trial period with Legal Highs (Synthetic Marijuana) – it's been a nightmare, intense addictions, near deaths, serious illnesses – not good stuff, the issue around making it illegal has brought herbal marijuana into the platform of "lets consider making it legal in some form" sort of discussion.
