Way too much empty space man. I learned my lesson the hard way, you NEVER flip to flower until you're tent is filled like a jungle. Every time I thought "well, there's some empty space but it'll fill out eventually or the yield will still be there" I got fucked. This next grow however will be over a pound (most I've yielded so far is 3/4 lb) because I'm letting it completely fill up like a jungle then I'm flipping to flower. In 3 weeks I should be flipping to flower and I plan on having a big hood big enough to provide intense light to the ENTIRE 4×4 space. Right now, the hood I have is tiny (like 12in X 24in) and is not anywhere near big enough which is why I haven't yielded a pound yet, but it's the only air cooled hood I have right now so I'm just working with what I have. Buying a bigger hood (used) at my local shop in a few weeks

While I agree they are very quality lights I just can't buy a light that has that much green and yellow in the Spectrum. I have also found that in terms of quality that lights that have more blue in them and UV tend to give a better quality and more terpenes and essential oils
Look, from a standard 1.2m x 1.2m, 600W HID tent you will do very well to pull 1.5oz per week. 1.25 is more reliable long term. So that is about 5.5 oz per month. A pound is over 16 oz! You would need 3 standard grows to make a pound a month… I'm thinking of changing to CMH 😉 Yum! I am planning on 3 separate tents, 90cm x 90cm, started 5 weeks apart so I will get the fun of a harvest every 5 weeks and I should harvest about 400g or so (of great stuff) each time! Peace.
