I have a 30ml bottle with 1000 mgs. I’m just starting and am using it for my anxiety. How much would you recommend using? Sorry the numbers are just confusing to me it has on the tincture I think it is .25, .50 .75 1.0 mL. Thanks in advance hope all is well with you and the fam!
