For once in my life I agree with the democrats. Legalize marijuana and focus on real crimes.
Well, what I say may be undermined unconditionally, yet I have a hunger for healing; and too many people need to be fed. Its torture to be in a decriminalized state without recreational or medical access; especially being a mental health patient that has to suffer while nourishment is given to 16 other states, the bias of the renown of our whole nation is the crime being committed against the nourishment of humanity; nourishing humanity is the salvation of mankind in its season, no humane Nation should go without governing access for all Mature peoples or Disabled Minors that could possibly find Renown. By simply being allowed to possess a Remedy that can only benefit humanity; the Laminations of our nation can only ease, why do we suffocate the people of the spiritual healing that can only help. Lets think on the level of righteousness that prospers, so that cancer will dissipate, & foolishness diminish because the Tobacco industry will crash; but that will only relieve the Lamentations of Judgment weighed out on the peoples, let the Tobacco Industry be "BYE GONE" by the Plant of Renown; if Tobacco isn't anything but a Curse on our people that can be replaced by cannabis or hemp, maybe we can try to look forward to a healthier generation of smokers. Lets all look forwarded to a happier future, lets all be marry; lets put away the stench of tobacco smoke and the Carbon Monoxide poisoning, and let that old Generation of smoking habbits be "BYE GONE"!!!! Some people look at the governors or laws as the shepherds of the people and that's what the religious real-estates in our economy promote patriotically in representation to this Christian Nations Laws. Why are the laws established to set self destructiveness as the lawful way of stress relief or medical healing; so that tobacco addicts and medical patients should lawfully alleviate their disabilities through such disgusting hobbies or remedies like chewing and smoking tobacco. Honestly is the Tobacco industry Morel, is Smoking Chemically Cleaned Tobacco rolled up in tree pulp and aluminum alright; is this the way that we want people to follow after, is burning garbage in our kitchens more acceptable that burning herbs? The existance of cannabist is better than a common wife, without eating or even burning it; the aroma and the beauty can be a substute for a wife; you don't even have to consume it to be healed by it.

Marijuana is marijuana, and it is adverse to anyone, nor it is not advisable to everyone for it is addictive. Banned amongst countries worldwide. Every country upholds truth, and truth shall always be in many places. We don't legalize nor support things that are harmful for everyone for it is banned.
The only problem I have with federal legalization is federal regulating. Once it's legalized across the board wouldn't there be regulations put in place as far as limiting potency? Also you have to consider the stricter startup regulations and monopolized markets that can only pass there product if it has a federal stamp on it. I'm not sure how much would be regulated by the gov if it was "federally legalized" would they stay off involvement in it or would they be too involved? When its been up to the states you dont have to worry about any federal agents getting envolved in the market. Now they'll have to have more reason than ever before to be involved with the entire industry from sales to distribution.

The bill actually passed the house and yet we still haven't heard anything from it since. I blame a combination of coved and conservative ass holes who are going to have a problem no matter what who just want the laws to go right back to what they once were. These laws must go.
