In my thirty years I have only had homegrown bud like this twice. Now in PA the stuff you pay an arm n leg for at dispensaries doesn't come close to something like this. Nite and day in quality.
Dry in the dark. Plant wants to create chlorophyll with light on. Dry / cure in dark. There’s a lot of studies on this. Try one harvest to compare you’ll never dry with light on again
Hi Bill! Great video. I have a question. I dry my buds in my closet and after a week is still very dump. I ve cut away any fan leaves even put some dehumidifiers to quickens the process and is still very dump. The lower stems don't cut in a crispy way. Now the other day I put my buds (still very dump) in the jar (stupid me). With boveda packs as you say but they are still very dump. Can i restart the drying process? and how? The top bud is a whole still
om gaya u sir are showing me to fish with that diy humidifier technique! teach a man to fish feed him for a lifetime >thank u sir thank you subscribe!d
Never ever should have had those big fan leaves on your plant! Whoever wherever you heard keeping those on helps for moisture was not a real grower! Always trim off all those leafs to blow up those buds!
Outstanding, I just harvested and hung, like always your videos are done and your info and energy are like smokin a hood joint!!,..thdd sad no you got inspiration 🙏🏿🤜🏿🤛🏿✌🏿
I’ve got a small tent to dry with a fan and filter but my fan is constantly making a humming noise that I can hear in other room,,would it smell if I turned the exhaust fan and filter off and just leave the oscillation fan on and just zip the tent up
LOL, I had to laugh, because I was trying to explain to my Mom the difference between and snap / bend, and dry break. I think she finally got it. Also, I am dealing with an outdoor crop too, and I think maybe they didnt get enough of a flower cycle which is only suppose to be 5 weeks I think for harley tsu, outdoor oregon growing is tricky, and usually at the most important time, harvest time.
One more question, will plant hormones continue to react to light hours even after harvesting for a period? As in, if you go from 8/day back to it be spuratic or lights on all the time, do they start to release the veg hormones or are they done once you cut them down?
Is the process the same with say Harley-Tsu which is <1 THC as you know. So you leaves on. I dont know if I need to worry about it drying out too fast in Or. Maybe I am wrong, the I have a lot more covering leaves and even with de-hum running and fans, and the humidity in the house I can rarely get under 50%. I am looking for a tabletop trimmer, not going to a dispensary, self meds for parents arthritis and actually harley-tsu is just a great flower smoke flavor wise IMO. I have grown ObamaK and Blue Dream and hand trimmed the whole thing. So I am in the opposite situation humidity wise… but wondered what you think of tabletop trimmers and such…
Very informative!
as a newbie I would like to know why drying with lights on?
I’m not sure if the room was dark or not. I’m sure no fans were blowing air on the hanging buds
Bud looks fire. Well done!

Is this just from one plant???
Nicely explained. Easy to follow.
What affect does curing have on CBD levels and potency on a strain like what I have? Harley -Tsu
