Can't H Pylori spread through the ingredients used in the food rather than the cooking process? Assuming you don't get H Pylori from the food just because you cook it yourself when you're buying ingredients in a country like Thailand does not seem correct but I'm no expert.
3:58 We are supposed to go by what the world health organization says is healthy versus unhealthy? Yeah, because they have never gotten anything wrong right? LOL Especially when we are talking about carcinogens? You must be joking right? Do you guys known how those studies were conducted, by whom, and what the exact findings are? Seems pertinent when telling people what can cause them cancer….
Holy hell the ads. Couldn't finish the video, internet isn't the best where I'm currently at and while the video loads, some ads do not. 3rd ad in 6 minutes did me in.

in parts of the world they eat a lot of capsaicin like south asia for example, they also eat a lot of turmeric, ginger, black pepper and all kinds of spices that both have health giving properties on their own but are amplified by each other. Turmeric's absorption is said to be increased 2000% by piperine. And combining peppercorns, turmeric and even chillies is all standard in cooking. the effects of this in the body are going to be very difficult to assess because there are so many ingredients all interacting.
I found myself in the icu after a random onset of vomiting which lasted almost 24 hours. I had self diagnosed gastro paresis months before as I am a type 1 diabetic which can cause issues with enzymes in the GI. I do not know if i was tested for h.plyori but one of the things the docs brought up was low thyroid function. Lmk if you guys have any insight on this
I've been recovering from H. pylori – it's no joke, the treatment is almost as destructive as the actual disease itself. There may be some benefits to H. pylori being in the stomach since it affects ghrelin levels and may be beneficial in regulating hunger. However, if you are symptomatic you should absolutely get tested (check out helico.com for more info)
