  1. Meh, more masking of the problem like anything else. If you are dependent on it and still have anxiety or depression, it’s just a band aid until you get over your childhood trauma and whatever experiences ruined you

  2. Along with Vitamin D, magnesium can be a huge help. Particularly "Magtein" AKA "Magtein L-Threonate)
    Magtein helps your brain "re-connect" and your muscles relax. (Note: Too much Vitamin D can lower your magnesium level that might be low in the first place)
    Otherwise be careful what magnesium supplement you choose …so you don't poop your pants while at/going to work 🙂 (In the first 4 to 48 hours farts can become sharts)
    Question what you're eating and also what you're drinking WHILE you're eating.
    For instance, black tea can block the absorption of the nutrients in your food. Drink purified water while you eat. (Tap water can be an offender as well due to chlorine and fluoride)

    Funny thing about cbd oil is that it does not hold a candle to the new 100% water compatible cbd liquid which is 10X more potent than cbd oil and the dosage is only 2 drops per day.

    One thing I would mention is that cbd is not like opiates (opiates , the more you take the effect you get) cbd, your body uses what it needs and you pass the rest like vitamin c 🙂
