Oh the kids will end up with cannabis…your cannabis dealer in Pa doesnt ask for ID, but when it is legal they WILL have to show ID…thus making it harder to get, similar to Deadly alcohol in our state…Studies have shown a reduction in teen use when states legalize..its no longer the forbidden fruit…
