  1. It's funny how the universe works sometimes, it keeps delaying my work drugs test for various reasons, just so that i don't start smoking again. Thanks to that i haven't smoked for more that half a year. And during that time my mediation routine started to give me so much more benefits. Now it is perfectly clear to me , that i don't need the weed anymore to escape some of the thoughts i had before, or to feel connected, relaxed and appreciative. Meditation is definitely a route to Internal and eternal freedom.

    Thanks for the video! 🙏

  4. that quote is very good! could be applied to lots of things in life but especially drugs just like you said. I think its finally time to exchange my silver necklace for a golden one! good video brother i will for sure save this one for later too! respect my guy.

  5. Ever since I started smoking weed I completely lost my social skills got super quiet and always get anxiety when talking to anyone even my family i promised myself I would quit today wish me luck

  6. Love how you give a voice to all of these feelings.. helps me feel that I'm not alone in my experience! I've quit and picked it up again. Just quit again 🙂 we'll see how she goes this time around. Also meditating every day has truly been helpful in quitting. Thanks Adam!

  7. Weed effects everyone differently, but in my personal experience i realized i was more accepting of being complacent and not trying to level up. I''ve been smoking for 8 years and the first 3 years were pretty good as in it was just fun and positve experiences and something new. But once I started on a daily basis after 3 years I realized i was just doing it out of habit. it even got to a point where i was smoking and didn't even feel high lol. I've quit for a couple months before myself but once i got back into it, I couldnt get myself to only smoke weekends or nights. So i decided to drop it all together. I'm on day three and plan to only smoke on my birthday and 4/20 this year lol. I know i can do it, plus saving money is a big motivator for me and weed is literally just burning your greens instead of stacking em

  8. Amazing video. You have a nice vibe. Thx for the info. After watching this it would be so stupid to just continue my bad habit, been smoking for about 5 or 6 years now, almost daily all the time. Since a few years i can rlly only feel the negative effects and only have some minor uppers. But it remains hard and difficult. This vid motivates me a lot to just be more happy and make better choices. Thx! Have a great day and year everyone reading! 😎✌️

  9. I am a weed smoker and I been smoking since I was 22. I am now aged 60 1/2, .
I also was a tobacco smoker but I managed to quit tobacco for ever in 2014.
I agree with a lot of what you say. However at my age I have taught my mind not to be too be to hooked on being happy all the time.
Being happy all the time can have some negative effects on the environment around me (Stoned or not Stoned)
BTW you are right about weed being addictive. Smoking the stuff makes smokers very sneaking and we come up with no end of excuses to carry on smoking.
Smokes are forever coming up with Strawman arguments for smoking weed. People will talk about how it is good for asthma when they don't even have asthma.
Well known weed smoker Thomas Chong says weed has help treat his prostate cancer: But would he have got the cancer if he had not smoked weed all his life.
Bob Marley was known for smoking 100+ joints a day yet this was never given for the cause of his death from Cancer. The list goes on lol.

  10. Benefits of quitting weed. ABSOLUTELY NONE AT ALL.
smoked daily for 25 years iv stopped for a few months and its absolutely boring tbh. As for meditation what a load of 💩

  11. Im 15 days in after smoking for 20 plus years every day, going out for run or walk every day and eating a healthy vegan diet, so far other than the night sweats Ive been fine , sleep hasn't been easy all round tbh

  12. I’m 21 iv been smoking for 4 years nearly every day. The past year I fell into a deep depression state, I lost a ton of weight, became super anti social and anxious. The highs aren’t even enjoyable anymore either but I still couldn’t stop. I’m 3 days clean, I cried tonight for the first time in forever, it feels like all the emotions that were bottled this past year are finally able to come out. I hope I can continue holding back from smoking and start reshaping and transform my life. Thanks for the video.

  13. I think a lot of the reason I smoked weed for the last 11 years was because I connect it to be rebellious. It is barely rebellious anymore though and doesn’t feel all that cool in my late 20s.
