I have an led light that came with a used set up. It came with a big cfl hood with a huge grow bulb but it was blown. And also came with an led box. Issue I’m having is my led has no settings it’s just full on. How can I dim them?

What an amazing YT channel. I don't grow (yet) uk laws are shite, but damn its fascinating knowing how much there is to consider and understand to do the plant justice and grow a proper bud. So many people waste the opportunity in the uk by growing poor quality when all they need to do is come here and educate themselves prior to germinating a seed. Thankyou anyway i am blown away.
I want to make a grow box and I want to paint my wooden box with a white spray can and white primer for the first coat, but is there some kind of paint or product in the paints that may not be used? That the plant can damage? In my spray can is / acetone, / n-butyl acetate / And in the primar is / xykene / 4-methylpen-2-one / zinc phosphate. Hopefully you can help me.
