Thank you Kino, i have fallen behind in the challenge and almost gave up. this practice was rejuvenating and as i followed your voice the sun rose in my window. I finished with the sun on my face and i am inspired. <3 Just what was needed.

first time through to me, i did the easy mods. It was as tough as i thought but no doubt if i can do this everyday for the next 15 it will be life transforming. Fantastic jump through technique!
