Sorry but, legally and wrongly the line is in the sand. The CBD is not governed by any governing body Best you can do is Hope for an expunged record but the real meats and potatoes if anything is in Suing the companies that sell their products as having no THC in them would be costly. You seem to have to take the hit for the use of a product that has THC in it.. Trust I'm in the same boat.
Trust me, the process that you have to go through, called “ASAP”, is a pain in the Ass.. but once you officially complete it and your hired somewhere , it’s supposed to go away.. not sure about the new clearinghouse BS though… good luck to you
Brother I've started to take black seed oil and I know cbd oil is not supoose to be taken what do you think is black seed oil intake ok for cdl license will I pass a random?
My sister had a similar situation. She has fibromyalgia and goes to a pain management doctor for medication to stop her pain. Well when all the Cbd oil craze started, she started taking it. The next time the doctor gave her a urinalysis she came back positive for thc. The dr dropped her from his patient list without even blinking an eye. Even after she showed them the actual bottle and brand of Cbd she was using for less than a month. She had to get a whole new dr AND explain why her previous doc dropped her ass. It was an absolutely crazy time for her. Plus I felt like a pos cause I suggested it to her cause I had been using it too for nerve damage pain. You’re not alone sir I guess that’s my message to you. Sorry this happened to you, one of our drivers doctor told him to take cbd oil then came back and stopped him because of false positive during drug tests,, it shouldn't be sold in truck stops, i see it all the time best of luck to you.
My pharmacist told me further testing can be done to prove the THC is from CBD and not marijuana. Please get blood drawn if it's been less than 30 days in case you're able to prove later where the THC came from
I been there driver i was on a weight loss program with prescribed medication that caused a positive drug test. Problem was it had been over a year since my prescription was written and even though it was my prescription the law said it is void after one year and you are supposed to disregard any remaining meds you may have and get a new prescription so I had to go through everything you went through my brief you are not alone
How about just going and listen and telling them what happened to you. Then ask then what you can do to clear you record? May be somebody can really help. This sounds like a law case for the ? I can't think of they name, I think it is ALCU,ALCCU I'm not sure but it's a law Organization that help people that have been wrongly treated because of rules and unjustified law. I'm really sorry you are going thru this but you cant stop trying to fight. I been where you at b4. Yes it hurts but it didn't kill me.Keep moving forward May GOD keeps smiling on you
There is absolutely no UNITY in the transportation industry, and this video is proof of this! You need to see if you can sue this company, because you have a strong case, and there are probably other Drivers that this has happened to, but have not come FORWARD!!

Yep I was going to try some Oil but did not trust these Oil company’s so I also do two tests for drugs at two different labs with hair focal test don’t trust your life to some cheap ass lab company labs make mistakes too
Hope everything gets resolved bro , ive though about it too they sell those cbd cigarettes at the truck stop and it got my curiosity and for some reason i stumbled upon this video i have a month since ive obtained my cdl and its made some heavy changes in my life for my family for the better….. I do hope and pray that you can overcome this… #HEADUPDRIVER

Take no one at their word when it comes to this. Read the fine print on the bottles before you buy.

I have been doing cbd oil for 2 months now with my cdl license. I have not been drug tested yet. I trusted the label .. this might have saved me.
Sue the drug company that tested you as well as the company that requested the test.
