If you look for acrylic or false nail remover instead of nail polish you will get a cleaner pipe. Nail polish remover is like watered down acetone where as anything that’s made to removed false nails or acrylics is usually a lot stronger if not pure acetone. It gets the job done much faster

I tried this with alcohol a few years ago and all of the residue was stuck to one side and wouldn't rinse out lmao
