  1. NO, it won't you boobs so quit posting misinformation. Smoke is smoke and it's illegal in Illinois bars and restaurants and one of the main reasons for that is for worker's rights as they don't want to be forced to breathe second hand smoke. For the last several years bars and restaurants have provided outdoor beer gardens for cigarettes and pot smokers will just use the same areas, nothing will change.
