A brief comparison of trained and untrained cannabis plants, and my opinion on the benefits of low stress training. To see how these plants looked a week ago …

As you said.. harvest the top let the rest go another week or 3 depending no big issue keep track of the harvest.. training is the way to get the MOST out of your plants if you super crop you will get way more than lst
Excuse me, my low English, I'm speaking to you from Spain, what light cycle do you use? 18H, from start to finish? . How many days from germination do you usually take to cut your autoflowering plants? most common experiences an average, and what average production per plant do you have with autoflowering?
You need to do a number of each of a very stable strain for any real comparison with Autos. You wont be able to tell a thing from single plants never different strains.A genuine comparison has to be done with clones because you often get lots of variation in the same strain.I don't train my Autos. Its only a certain few of the new one's that could do with light training. The majority of training I see on YT is a waste time and a waste of bud. They do look very healthy.
I dont get it.. that untrained looks like has more bud than the other?!?! Right??? I mean, maybe the trained, and just maybe would look better of the light had the same distance from'em as it has to the untrained ones….

I could be wrong but drop the light to around 12 to 15 inches and position fan . I use a cheap but effective and efficient Mars hydro tsw 2000 and 12 is probably the closest I would go so as not to bleach tops and I rotate plants 3 times during lights on and don't train but your way looks more productive
I have not seen any cheap sliders like those trays, but something like this might work with a saucer on top. Maybe even use double stick adhesive to attach the saucer to the dolly. https://www.harborfreight.com/3-wheel-wood-dolly-68902.html I also imagine you can get the casters there for cheaper but for the price it's not really worth the effort to find decent scrap wood and make it myself.

Not to be rude, great video on how not set up a grow tent.
Jalapeno isn't wrong, but you can always do a little LST to make your plant that much better. Never hurts to do LST on any plant, auto or photo.

If you close the center leaves with hair tie at 8-10 inches it keeps the whole canopy even
The trick is to stop energy absorption to center and slow it down, while the outer branches to vibe
Bluematic is notoriously fast
dont top autos they dont like thje stress, just bend the plants lst
What kind of soil you use
did you top the autoflowers?
would've been nice if they were all the same age/strain to see the difference. You conveyed the distance from light concept well though.
lol watch me completely fuck up some LST HMU with a follow if ya want to watch me grow as a person and a grower! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iqW3zw8d40w&lc=UgwXdWatBb_NPjmRb1x4AaABAg
too late now but the smaller plants should have been raised towards the light sometimes I use an upside down 5 gallon bucket .place the plant on it .
