I need to make a video of how i do things. I use a dbl layered cheese cloth to drain my liquid and grind up my big amount of shake before iso. Great video bud
Hey Johnny I made my first batch with everclear 195 proof cooked off all the booze and the oil looks great now my question I know I can smoke this rso and it will get my high but can I ingest it and get high I'm not sure if me using a double boiler to cook off. I used a pot with water on a electric stove I put 2 32oz mason jars with the oil and everclear to cook down once they got close but still able to pour I transfured the oil in a small medal 1/2 cup and cooked off till no booze. But is it decarbed for oral use??
How do you decarboxylate? Or do you consider the heating to remove the alcohol sufficient to achieve complete decarboxylation?
Do you ever consider using 200 proof, food grade ethanol for extraction? I'm fearful of using any other solvent that isn't food grade due to the possibility of contaminants in the solvent.
Do you ever evaporate solvent with a closed system to allow re-Use of the solvent? Venting the solvent to atmosphere seems awfully wasteful.
Just out of Educational Curiosity… Could I do a ISO Soak w/Old Dry As Dust Herb thats far past its prime as this might be useful knowledge for patients like myself who have End Stage Liver Failure and who cannot salvage the Old Herb but making butter for edibles as Ive heard some suggest because of how edibles are processed through the Liver… Now my question is 1.) Can the ISO Soak work for that? 2.) Will the end result even be worth the cost of the 99ISO? 3.) If it can be done, and is worth it… Should the herb be revived some by adding a little moisture to it and/or should it be frozen until extraction?… I would love to know you thoughts or feelings about anything ive mentioned… Thanks… Have a Blessed Day… ~Doc~ ✌😎💨💚
Get weed froze and alcohol to it will do a better and a xxx quicker job also you should mention that this is not activated (decarboxylation) so it will only get you high if you smoke it.your great dude excellent master grower.

I’ve really thought about purchasing a Green Machine.. & still may.. how’s biz? Do u still have that going? I just made my first batch of Honey Oil using a Rice cooker & 99% ISO.. I used 3 oz’s to 2L of ISO.. turned out awesome! I think I’ll use 2:2 ratio next time however.. anyways.. keep the great vids comin man.. much appreciated! ✌️

I thought you had to de-carb the herb first???

Remember never use a gas stove to do this you will blow your self up
