Nutiva hemp seed oil is the best 2 use. Hair grows from the inside out. The scalp is an extention of ur face so. A tbsp of hemp oil daily is more effective then putting it on the scalp. Any oil can u used 2 grow hair as a scalp massge… it's the massaging…creating circulation that cause thickness not the actual oil. For shedding use aloe vera juice and or powder n ur conditoner and shampoo.
