  1. There will never be any large or peer reviewed study for this non pharmaceutical. Big pharma is in control of the FDA and they can't patent any natural molecule. So the multi-million dollar long term control group studies are never funded nor any positive results be published since it would be a major competitor to pharma, and alopathic medicine.

You anxiety sound similar to me I thought I'm better some day I fall asleep fast get up ok but nope it away have my way back my anxiety is not able to fall asleep at night and stuff childhood memory hit my brain it's nightmare with eyes open 🤧 I tired every possible thing in the market reading google like crazy nothing seem to help even docter only give me the pill that work but addicted and gain weight like crazy . I even using brain stimulation 1 time I put it away because it only make my eyes open but less nervous. The only thing I never try is cbd stuff . I'm going try this stuff at my last hope.

  5. Thanks so much for sharing. I've never been a great sleeper, but since having my second child, my sleep has turned into insomnia. I also spend the entire night awake getting anxious over nonsense and not getting to sleep. I ordered CBD oil today and can't wait to try it.

  6. I'm on Trazedone 10mg for my sleep and it worked okay at first but now after a few years it does pretty much nothing. Z-quil, melatonin, benadryl, chamomile tea, ambien & the Trazedone. I've tried it all. I do NOT sleep. My friends keep saying "just smoke weed" but I really don't want it. None of them can function without weed and I don't want to develop a dependency so I want to try CBD oil before I resort to "drastic" measures.

  7. You need to see a natural path dr. and get the Dutch test called "CAR" to test your adrenal glands, you probably have high cortisol especially at night. That is usually the root cause of insomnia and anxiety.

  12. You look so refreshed to have battled with chronic insomnia so long. I’m 37 and I’ve suffered with chronic insomnia every since I had my second son 15 years ago. To say the least I’ve tried every sleep med/ anxiety med known to man, I suffered severe withdrawal from lunesta I was taking for 5 years. Coincidentally I just started trying the cbd hemp oil from a local shop, unfortunately I’m still not getting any relief. Maybe I’ll try the brand you’re using.

  14. I have undiagnosed insomnia and diagnosed adhd. I bought a cbd pen last month. I started at 300 mg but I went up to 600 mg and it helps me better. I have 1 kind to help me sleep and another to help me focus

  15. Took ambien once 5mg it did nothing. Usually I take 10mg melatonin. It worked b4. Last night I literally took robaxin, flexeril, and melatonin. I was scared but omg I'm up and feeling good. But I won't do that again. LOL

  16. Hey 💕 New subscriber here. Thanks so much for this video. I also started taking CBD oil (& sometimes the gummies) for sleep too. I was prescribed 12.5mg of ambien at age 16….& Xanax.
