has anyone else struggled to cope with reality after taking lsd? when i took it i was not in a good environment or know what to expect and its really hindered my life for the last 3 years and im not sure what i can do to help it

When I was a kid I liked to spend time alone. I had a favourite thing which was a coupboard where i was happy to sit for a few hours during the day. I covered myself with clothes and closed to make it as dark as it is possible the dors from the inside and than i felt something extremely strange, i felt like i travel in a boubble and can see and hear everything what my grandparents say. It was an amazing feeling.
