  1. I would be interested to hear your comments about the vaginal preparations for dryness, pain and to increase libido. I can only find anecdotal evidence from users comments so any kind of science or objective measures of patient outcomes would be most appreciated

  2. a question, what form of cannabis would work well in a nebulizer? I was thinking a tincture, but does it have to be diluted with a solvent such as grain alcohol to make it more amiable to be carried by the mist created?

  3. Hi Dr. Patel,

Thank you SO much for your informative videos!

I some questions about methods of taking sublingual CBD/THC oils:

Are the medicinal properties of CBD/THC oils different if swallowed / eaten instead taken sublingually?

Are transdermal and sublingual cannabis products processed by the kidney’s, where as if the med is swallowed, is processed by the liver?

Lastly, the cannabis oil I use is made through “Supercritical extraction” using carbon dioxide (CO2) and delivered in a Medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) from palm oil. Is the MCT oil considered man-made?

The reason that I’m asking these unusual questions is because I have fibromyalgia and found CBD oil last year. It helps ALLOT! Since then I found something called the “Guaifenesin Protocol” which is said to reverse the symptoms of fibro; thousands of people are getting there lives back.

The theory is that the Guaifenesin helps genetically different kidneys remove the build up of phosphates in fibromyalgics. Sublingual (or topical) CBD/THC oil is a controversial subject in the Guai/Fibro community because certain oils and plant extracts have salicylates and if used on the skin or eaten in large amounts, could potentially block the kidney/Guai action.

Any information you could provide would be helpful.

    Thank you in advance.
