  1. Hi guys, thanks for watching! I really hope you enjoyed the video. I debated whether to include the last clip, but decided to do it anyways because the most important thing for me on this channel is to be honest with you about my thoughts and experiences. I personally think showing our struggles on social media (rather than just the best moments) can bring people together and make them realize they’re not alone and sometimes that can bring a lot of comfort. So, if this video was useful to even just one of you, it’s all worth it!

  2. Thank you so much for this video. Especially the hard part. My work is very stressful as well and I feel the exact same way. So glad to know I am not the only one that struggles.

  3. I’m worried about it showing up in a drug test for work. I have heard it showing up in drug tests for some people which is something I want to avoid. Have you had any recent drug tests while you were taking cbd?

  4. A lot of people don’t understand. I’m usually having anxiety about 50-60% normally. Sometimes I get bad like 95 I can’t function I panic I shut down. Like people really don’t understand my parents don’t understand. When I was a kid. I’d cry everyday before school idky and the crying helped. But like now, due to social views on men crying. Even if I Tried to cry I can’t. It’s the worst thing ever ever!!!!! like idk I’m praying cbd helps me 🙁 you gained a sub and I only watched 3 min

  5. I literally cried with you. The moment u wiped ur eye I swear it was like I knew exactly what you were feeling. I've just started CBD and I'm looking forward to hopefully seeing some results and having some days where Im not overwhelmed with my thoughts or having and that anxious nervous feeling in my stomach.

  6. so, i haven't watched the video yet, but here is my prediction, based on every other video on this topic that tries to answer a question that should take 30 seconds to respond to (basic answer): she is going to stretch this video out as long as possible (because needs to meet requirements for $$), making it painful and anxiety raising, because you just want the answer, but like this sentence, the video keeps running on and on and on with no actual completion, thus leaving you unsatisfied and frankly a little pissed off, because just when you thing she's going to get to the point, she will start to wander off in another direction again, so you'll skip to the end, but the the answer will not be at the end, because she wants you to watch the entire video to find out her opinion, leaving you unable to skip ahead to the good part, because there is no good part, and you'll just watch the next video in the lineup, because you're tired of being effed with when you just want THE EFFING ANSWER TO THE QUESTION SHE POSED IN THE TITLE!
if not- right on, carry on

  7. Dr Sarno, he saved my life. The mind body perscription is the best book ever written, Cbd is wonderful, subconscious work is what saved me though
    Thanks for sharing.

  8. I have the worst panic disorder I’m about to try CBD, my job also stresses me out and I hate it I work in the restaurant industry and it’s brutal with mental stress

  9. Have you tried looking into getting a brain scan or An MRI ?. I feel like a lot of people who struggle with cognitive issues most of the time think that their is no way out. In my personal experience, I have really bad brain fog which would also cause me to get anxiety and I thought it was just who I was and their was no way to cure it. I did some research and made an appt to get and fMRI and turns out I have a traumatic brain injury. And that’s what’s causing the brain fog and memory issues. Im planning on taking psilocybin mushrooms combined with CBD to regenerate brain growth and hyperbaric oxygen therapy which also regenerates brain growth. Hope you have a chance to look into that! Have a blessed day! 🙏🏻

  10. i used CBD 22mg i found out its does help me sleep also makes me feel the need to go too the toliet but you are Right it does not get you intoxicated but it does has some effect on the Human Body if that makes sense but it is hard for to elaborate on as i have only tried it twice.

  11. Im in the middle of a career change right now. I drove semi trucks for 2 and a half years but my anxiety and depression has been through the roof these past couple of months. I just ordered some CBD to help and I have a counselor. Im not truck driving anymore for the time being. Hopefully something works.

  12. Here's an insider tip.

Although everyone is different based on their genetics….in general, CBD is good for depression but not anxiety.
CBG is good for anxiety but not for depression.

You need both CBD and CBG if you need to lower depression and anxiety.

In regards to sleep, THC helps one to sleep quicker but may prevent you from going into the REM sleep stage. CBD helps you sleep deeper and allows REM sleep but does not necessarily cause one to sleep quicker.

The best tinctures are those that contain a spectrum of cannabinoids.

For employment purposes many need to avoid THC, which is slam on human rights. Alcohol and tobacco are responsible for thousands of deaths each year and are perfectly legal.

Everyone go out make a difference in this life, educate people near to you. Go out and vote! Let's get rid of these inhuman laws which demonize this amazing medicine and make criminals out of good honest people.

  13. You are very brave to have posted yourself feeling anxious like that I experience anxiety too and I’d never film and post myself like that, but seeing another person feel that way made me feel a little more normal, I hope you’re feeling great and continue to push through it
