  1. This is great , fast and good vudei . Yeah no flour products like bread is Keto diet . It helped me and helped a lot of people. Before j losed a lot of weight but dont eated thst much so i losed even muscles. But now i gained only 2 kg from those 30 kg i losed. But gained little arms muscles and chest look better. Well my belly could be way better so i try lose weight there.
    That salt fack i dont knew , thanks for that idea i will try reduct it way more .
