So informative. Thanks so much. I have RA and am in early stages of taking CBD. I’ve been on a low doseage and have felt a slight change so am going to go slightly higher. I’m not on any medication at all as it doesn’t work for me so I have no choice but to try alternatives and dietary changes. The anxiety and depression that this illness has caused me for the last nine years has been off the scale. Am so glad to see that you address the holistic approach which immediately makes me feel calmer. I’m just going to take my last dose for the day!
