as a non-pilot who has used CBD in fairly high doses for about a year now I can say that at least in higher doses it does function seemingly as a central nervous system depressant it's definitely not something I would ever fly on if I ever had a pilot's license of any kind. In fact I'd probably wait about three days to fly after last use. Just my opinion
would federal legalization of cannabis cause the FAA to disqualify CBD or THC urine test? I figure a oral test and treat it as alcohol as in just don't show up high/drunk for work would be fair with most states legalizing to some degree.
