I hope nobody follows this. Your transplanted early, rocks in fabrics pots are pointless, didn't use microizae, didn't even do a proper transplant easy method of shaping the hole with the pot. Geez man if this is for beggingers you should re do this because you seem like a begginger.
If I have a plant in a 1gal fabric pot and want to transfer to a 5gal fabric pot can I just put the entire pot within the bigger one? Being that its fabric won't the roots just grow through or is this less than optimal?

Many many credible scientific studies claim that B1 vitamins do nothing for plants, transplanted or not. Can't find a single study that proves any benefits. If you use vitathrive or superthrive and see positive results then it is the other ingredients doing so, not B1 vitamins, that is a myth.

How old are these plants? Like 7- 10 days ? How old do they have to be to do first transplant?
Same as adding rocks at the bottom of pots. I wouldn't do it.
Do you pre wash the lava rock before putting in the pot?

3 gallons sounds small but the pots are pretty big I run Glites and I run organic so I go one to 10 but it's a different style of growing
Wich week you put them to final pot?
Depends on how big you want your plants.also if autoflower or not. Many different questions only 1 POT
